Authors who submit their manuscripts for publishing retain full ownership and copyright of their work. We provide professional layout, cover design, and printing services as agreed upon in our publishing contract.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Replacement Policy

Welcome to Best Publication. We have a strict No Refund policy. Once a product is purchased, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a book that is physically damaged or defective, we will happily provide a replacement copy.

Conditions for Replacement:
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proper proof (such as an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged book) must be provided.
- Books showing normal wear and tear or user-caused damage will not be eligible for replacement.

Publishing service fees and digital products are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
